Kevin Holder has over 25 years experience in the Property Development market and has worked on many significant projects throughout the UK and in various International locations including Portugal, Spain, North and West Africa, The UAE, Scandinavia, Russia and China. Working on mainly mixed use, commercial, hotels and residential schemes up to £800 million in capital value.

Kevin has a good all round knowledge of the Property Market and direct Project experience across all Property Sectors working with Landowners, Investors and Stakeholders, end users and funds. He has a Degree in Property and Construction and is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
