Seeing the potential of converting some underused office suites in this prominent location, we created two beautiful apartments above the Playhouse Theatre on the Thames Embankment. The simple yet luxurious interiors are complimented by the breath-taking view across the River Thames to the London Eye.

Aria House uniquely has a generous amount of outside space, with terracing along each elevation. In our view, outside amenity space is vital, even in inner city London. Project Management Services were provided.
